Dieting should be fun
maeinwaiting added an entry about lose weight : yesterday b- scambled egg on one piece of plain brown toast l – tuna mayo salad sandwith on brown, and some chips!!!! d – chicken new potatoes and green beans one j.d and coke ate far too much yesterday and only did a bit of walking for exercise sooo…. today b – small bowl of fruit and fibre with semi skimmed milk its only 11 am off to the gym for 2 hours dunno what i will have for lunch might just have another bowl of cearel than have cooked dinner? Watch this space !!!!
