Dieting should be fun
Star_and_Moon_Koneko added an entry about lose weight : It’s been a month and I finally had gone out and bought an exercise ball at work in the beginning of July when I finally came home from vacation. I also got a journal to monitor what I ate and when I ate. I weighed myself that sunday and weighed in at 148. This far I am now down to 143/ 142. The goal is still 110, the date I hope to get down to that is around my birthday, which is December 10th. I have attempted to exercise in cardio type styles atleast 3 times a week, but the most I get out of a week is walking to my classes as well as the running/walking I have a work for about 4 or more hours a night. Needless to say I am estimating to be around 135 by the end of this term- which is another 5 weeks again.
