Dieting should be fun
LiLmissSunshine added an entry about lose weight : Yesterday I bought my wedding dress, so there can be absolutely NO weight gain for me! It’s nerve wracking when you know you need to either lose or maintain but NO GAIN … I fit into a size 6! Which was nice! A little disheartening when the girl next to me is a 4 and the girl across from me a 2, but hey, I was happy & found my dress! So today I started logging what I am eating. I had my exact calorie & fat gram count until I just suddenly poured a bowl of cereal without measuring it! I didn’t finish it though, the pups got it! So I’ve had: English Muffin with 2 slices of pepper jack cheese, bowl of cap’n crunch cereal with skim milk, and broccoli & cheese with rice. I’ll eat one more time today, but my calorie count I think is around 800-900 calories with the cereal. I really like too many starches & cheeses! They are PURE weakness! Usually I do fat free cheeses, but recently I’ve gotten on a pepper jack cheese kick! I like the spicy cheese! Hopefully logging my food will get me on track and help me recognize all of my mistakes.
