Dieting should be fun
charlotte1984 added an entry about lose weight : After my daily obsession with the scales I gave up cold turkey for a weekly weigh in instead. Started this last week, aiming to weigh on Friday mornings only. SO… Last week: 136.5 This week: 135.5 Yey! Lost a pound!! Not loads, but still in the right direction, especially seeing as: a) Have only eaten within my calorie goal 3 days in the last 7 (basically I’ve been really unhealthy!) b) Have only exercised twice c) I hear ladies retain some water weight when they are on their on their period – whether or not this is true I have no idea! Anyway, my first goal weight is 135, so only 0.5lbs to go, so excited!!! Then will be shooting for 130. Oh, my exercise DVD ’s have arrived now so looking forward to trying them out, will be more toned before I know it… (I wish!) Have a great weekend when it gets here, xxx
