stephlfc added an entry about lose weight : B: 4 slices of bacon. 350kls? anyone know? L: Fish and salad. 250kls. S: couple of slices of ham with low fat cheese. 200kls. Coffee and ice pop. 50 kls. I came home early from skwl today cuse i feel ill :(. So im gonna revise later and maybe not go running anymore cuse i dont feel up to it. Dinner will probs be another salad or soup, ive got a saw throat so dont think i can eat much else really!
