  • 30 minute of walk is better than 10 minute of running. You lose more body fat.
  • Don’t do any fasting. The body will try to conserve fat much more. And you will gain back weight once you start eating.
  • Minimize the unhealthy eating (sat fat, cholesterol, etc).
  • Don’t eat too much salt.
  • Drink water
  • Build muscle
