Still at a halt

LiLmissSunshine added an entry about lose weight : So the weight loss is still at a stand still, but I am still doing good on my working out. I went to he park again and walked/jogged. I’m getting better every day. I run through the woods and alternate directions every day, so I get different hills and such. I’ve been running the downhills. Today I decided to push myself a little bit harder, and I ran an uphill. It really worked my legs a lot harder. I’ll probably work on running different hills throughout the park on different days, and then eventually try connecting the points or running multiple hills. Tomorrow I’m going to give myself a day off from running, as it is not my favorite form of exercise (hoping to eventually love it once I improve at it.) and I am going to walk the park with my pups and workout my arms and abs (which are still sore from Thursday!!)The weight loss thing may not be coming, but the workouts are improving! Maybe the weight loss will soon follow!! I think the lower half needs the most work, so maybe the running will help!! “You cannot get to the top, sitting on your bottom.”
