Dieting should be fun
charlotte1984 added an entry about lose weight : Back at college today in preparation for my final exam in Nov – its a 5.5 hour exam! So Im just filling every spare moment with study and trying not to pig out on comfort food! Luckily we have no chocolate or cake in the house or Id have eaten it all by now! Day ok today – this morn was 128.75lbs which is good for me :) B: 2x Toast with Honey S: Pear, cereal bar L: 4x Ryvita with Philadelphia light, watermelon S: Quavers, oh oops, i had some chocolate biscuits too :( I was desperate what can I say! D: Quorn & Veg risotto Done eating for today now, wil try avoid the junk tomor! xxx
