Dieting should be fun
Heather added an entry about lose weight : I have had 1/4 cup of cottage cheese and 1/2 a cup of Yoo-Hoo for breakfast. Then I had a bowl of Raisin Bran Crunch for lunch. I am starting to get a little hungry so I am going to have a little broccoli for a snack. Then I am having spaghetti for dinner. I haven’t really really done any exercise today. The only thing I have done is walk around the house with my ipod (and dance around behind closed doors he he.) I did that for about 15min. All the drinks I have had today, other than the Yoo-Hoo, have been water or diet Pepsi.
