Dieting should be fun
Heather added an entry about lose weight : In an effort to increase my exercise I walked up the stairs today. Now I normally walk up the 2 flights of stairs to my class on the 3rd floor so its not like I don’t normally do this. But today I took the stairs all the way to my class on the 6th floor. I was so out of breath when I go to the top. But I like the way walking up the stairs makes my legs feel. I am going to try to do it everyday that I have my math class.
