PT and (non-starvation) dieting.

rammsteincrazy added an entry about lose weight : I’ve started seeing a personal trainer. I may be at a healthy weight now, but because I put it on so quickly, it’s all fat and no muscle. So he’s going to get my ass in shape. Plus he gave me a meal plan to follow – it’s designed for people with insulin resistance, so it has no refined carbs in it, which are generally my trigger foods – so I can lose fat but gain muscle. My ideal body is changing.
