Dieting should be fun
lostdusk added an entry about lose weight : It’s a perfect morning to go on a bike ride! I prefer exercising in the morning, that way it’s done, dusted, and I just feel better for it. Which is what I like about bank holidays and other holidays, I get to exercise whenever I like. I think I definatly look slimmer when I look in the mirror. It’s hard to tell though because I see myself everyday. (Can’t escape that, mirrored tiles in the bathroom) Also, at the moment I’m exercising 5-6 times a week. When I’ve lost this weight, I know I’ll have to keep exercising, but how much to maintain weight my weight loss?
