Dieting should be fun
JenRyanC added an entry about Lose weight. : Doesn’t everyone want to lose weight? I mean, practically everyone, anyway. For the sake of honesty, I have gained fifty pounds since I graduated from college. FIFTY FREAKING POUNDS !!! That’s…well, that’s a lot of things, one of them being UNREAL . And unwanted. But I’m done with complaining about it and now I’m going to act. Some of the ways I’m going to attack it are listed as other “Things” (like spending more time awake, not eating after 7pm, etc.) but one specific thing I’ve done so far (as of 4/15/08) is started a calorie journal. I want to cut the number of calories I consume each day, so I’m trying to keep a tally. I’m not planning on cutting back to 500 or something, but I do want to make sure I’m not consuming over the daily recommendation. This is day two, and so far so good; one for one.
