Pretzel Face added an entry about Lose weight : So I’m back ontrack. As most of you know, I gained back most of the weight I lost, today was the first sign of my weigh going down. I’ve lost 2 lbs since last weigh in. Its slow progress but at least its progress. Yesterday was the first time I didn’t snack after dinner. I still ate some bad foods, but Its all about today now. So Im gonna stay focus and keep with My excercises. So far this week I’ve done Yoga and 30 minute cardio everyday. The cardio is a really light excercise though, so I might step it up a bit by next week. My love handles are showing no signs of getting any smaller though :/ x
