Dieting should be fun
dainty_lil_daisy added an entry about lose weight : Sunday 8/17- ?? B/L/D- medium frozen freschetta pizza (most the cheese taken off), almost a whole little carton of fudge brownie ben and jerry’s (!!!) and lots of movies in bed not good for the diet, i know…but it was fun :) Total Cals- didn’t even wanna know Water- not enough Exercise- NONE Monday 8/18- 122.6 wow, have no idea how that happened, i ate soooo much this weekend, i mean a LOT more than usual, and my weight was still this?? weeeiiiird, maybe my scale’s wrong or maybe it was cuz i ran this morning, but i really thought it would be more. we’ll see tomorrow if it’s a fluke. B- kashi with soymilk S- apple L- English muffin w/ prego sprinkled w/ tiny bit of cheese D- salad, veggie burger Total Cals- Water- 4 glasses Exercise- ran for an hour around neighborhood
