Dieting should be fun
ChelseaTheEarthnaut added an entry about lose weight : normally I eat 1500 cals a day and I work out up to 2 hours. Today I did 40 minutes of jump rope, 45 minutes of cardio, and 30 minutes of stretching. I ate 2200 calories, including 3 creamsicles and 3 slices of pizza. If I just moderate my diet, the working out will start to actually pay off. :)
