Pretzel Face added an entry about Lose weight : I hate that I love Mcdonalds so much. Why does it have to taste so good?? I went in today with my friend and I only let myself order fries, which was still 375 calories (sob) But so much better than usual when I have a 600 calorie deli sandwich, with fries and a chocolate muffin.. :/ Overall I think today went pretty well until about 7pm when I always fudge up. I think its because Im not keeping busy and the chocolate cravings kick in and I try and find any food to take my mind off it. Still. 4 days without chocolate (almost) which is a pretty good achievement for me :D Pretzel Face x
