42moretogo added an entry about lose weight : I’m down to 167 from my originally topped out weight of 193 six months ago, so I’m doing well I think. I would like to reach my goal of my ideal height to age to weight ration government standard of 145, but I’m thinking that might be unrealistic. If I can wear some of my old cloths and see my abs again I’ll be satisfied. I can almost see them now. 42moretogo
