Dieting should be fun
Mimi Herrmann added an entry about lose weight : I’ve been taking a tablespoon full of Extra Light Olive Oil (ELOO) between meals (at least an hour on either side) most days for a little while, and I’ve lost about four pounds so far. Olive oil is good for you (lowers LDL among other things) and its blandness seems to aid in weight loss, so I’ll do this for a while.
