Dieting should be fun
Malificent added an entry about lose weight : I had stuck to my plan 100% for this whole week until last night, where at the last minute a friend convinced me to go to a party, which wasn’t the problem because I managed to eat and drink nothing there, but when I got home after midnight I (of course!) headed straight to the kitchen and ate two massive bowls of cereal followed by a giant hot chocolate with milk. And then I did no exercise (I’d planned to do it in the evening, but then let myself get persuaded to go to the party). So. Now my week is ruined! RUINED ! I think I can reverse the damage if I exercise 1000 calories off today and eat only 800. Which is ridiculous. But this is what you get if you have NO will power!
