I am beginning to think this goal is not worthwhile.

Peter Pullar added an entry about Lose weight : If I focus on what I want (lose the weight of the extra fat on my body) I may be creating more of it. Using weight as a measure of my progress is for me very discouraging. I am fairly muscular, and I want to lose fat, not lose muscle. Focusing on losing weight I tend to under-eat, thus reducing the ability of my muscles to recover after intense workout. For now I will put aside this goal and focus on my 10% bodyfat goal
