raven added an entry about Lose weight : Started doing more weight training 1st of June – cut back on aerobics – there is only so much time. But as a result I stopped losing. I need to burn off another 15 pounds. 13 weeks until New Years – that would be 20 pounds. So I’m off weight training for a while – sticking to aerobics – going to try the getting up early every morning for half hour and then evenings every other day for 50 mins and see if I can drop this extra weight.
