Dieting should be fun
GodIswithmethistime added an entry about lose weight : This is ALOT of food for me. I used to be anorexic and I am having a hard time looking at this list of food knowing that it is still only 3PM and look what I have eaten. I never used to eat more than 200-300 calories prior to 7PM. I don’t want to be the way I used to be, but I have gained 30lbs since then. I would like to lose just 8-10 lbs..and I will be happy at this weight…I am scared because I don’t have the security of knowing that I could potentially eat later, because I used up most of my calories early on….ugh stupid eating disorder thoughts. YOU SUCK . I won’t binge tonight i promise myself i wont binge tonight!!! Breakfast: Slice of light Rye Bread (50cal) and approx 15 mini rye bread crackers (90), 74 calorie protein jerky Snack 1/2 apple cinnamon oatmeal w/ handful blue berries (100) Snack 100 calorie bag popcorn Lunch Minestrone Soup (180) Snack: 1/2 apple cinnamon oatmeal w/ handful blue berries (100)
