dainty_lil_daisy added an entry about lose weight : friday 9/12- couldn’t weigh myself, slept at my parents’ last night B- kashi cereal w/ soymilk (250 cals) iced coffee w/ nonfat milk (30 cals) L- D- Total Cals- 280 cals Exercise- okay so the weekend is here and i’m all ready to continue exercising and not binging like a mad woman this time!! SERIOUSLY ! i’ll eat normally, just with maybe ONE night of pizza and frozen yogurt thrown in vs. THREE :/ lol :) HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE !!
