Dieting should be fun
lostdusk added an entry about lose weight : Today was another ‘rest’ day’ I walked a little more than on an average day, but not too much. Tomorrow I plan to cycle for about 40 minutes, but it’ll only be a light cycle, saturday is a half rest half exercise day. Maybe I’ll add a walk in later, make it a full workout day. Today: Breakfast – ready brek and an apple snack – sunflower seeds lunch – 4 ryvita, cereal bar, mini babybell light, raisons, tomatoes, blueberries, strawberries, mushrooms Later – glass of milk Dinner – 3 hash browns, 2 quorn sausages, baked beans, frozen berries and naural yoghurt. Also had a couple of vegetable crisps. Litterally just a couple though. Contemplating weighing in on tuesday…
