[Forum] Starting My Weight Loss Journey

From Diet Blog Share: I've heard that it's much easier to start a healthy lifestyle and exercise routine if you have people to support you - this is my way of doing that. I started Monday (yes, very new), and I did an excercise video called "Zumba," which was amazingly fun and quite difficult, since I have let myself go. I also went swimming for about an hour. The only thing that's difficult now is my eating habits. I like the feeling of working out, but it's the eating that has been a consistent problem all my life, and I am determined to break it. I see how much weight I've gained and I am way too young (22) to have body problems. I ate some Thai food for lunch yesterday - yogurt, and chicken strips with ranch from Denny's. The best choice? No. But I realized that. This is the beginning of a journey of a lifetime. I want to not only lose weight, but learn about my body and how it reacts to things. I feel like I'm molding my body to be what it was supposed to be. Every time I work out I'm molding a little piece of fat off! Any advice would be much appreciated!
