Dieting should be fun
Loco added an entry about lose weight : after getting the Bod Pod test that measures body composition i found out that i am 18.8% body fat. i can only lose 8 pounds of fat at the most before i either a) start losing muscle which is bad bad bad! or b) get sick and lose my menstrual cycle. so my goal is to get down to the 12-13% range by the end of summer! the new eating between skating sessions and workout sessions and in small amounts throughout the day has been going pretty well! i’m not perfect but i think i’m definetly eating better! 8am m1: vegan blueberry muffin, coffee with 2pkts raw sugar and skim milk (300) 1020am m2: carrots, grapes and strawberries (100) 1240pm m3: vegan cliff nectar bar, apple (220) 215pm m4: small banana, 1/2 c black beans, peppers, onions with cilantro and lemon juice (150) 330pm m5: big bowl of honey smacks with light soymilk, coffee, water (275) 8pm m6: diet coke (EEK), lettuce w/ tomato, a wee bit of mozerella cheese and a sprinkle of pine nuts, 1/2 a seasoned pita (200) 9pm m7: dried papaya, sesame sticks (200)
