Focus needs to be restored.

sixfootdoll added an entry about lose weight : It’s time to refocus on my goal. I have to really think back on why I initially wanted to lose weight. I need to hang skinny pics on the fridge. I need to replace the broken scale at home. I need to stop being so damn greedy and eat only when hungry. I need to lower my carb intake and say no to fried foods. I need to replace boredom eating with a hobby or an activity I enjoy. I need to drink water at work instead of diet soda. I need to walk to work when possible. I need to take an appetite suppressant, if necessary. I need to go to the gym religiously, as I was earlier this year. I need to reach my goal weight and maintain it within a 3 pound range. I need to focus!
