Heather added an entry about lose weight : This weekend I did pretty well. I went on my walk both days. Monday and Tuesday did not go so well though. I ate so much junk and didn’t walk. Today I ate a bit of junk not near as much as before. But I did go for my mile walk today. It felt good. I need to do it everyday. I should make it longer but I only like to walk where I trust in my neighborhood and that is only about a mile. The subdivision behind mine is not the best and has some shady people. As soon as my car gets fixed I think I am going to go to the beach every morning and walk the loop, which is 2.45 miles. Hopefully that will be done tomorrow. Food so far: Breakfast: Bag of cheddar sun chips, and half a banana. I know not very healthy! Snack: Homemade cookies from one of the ladies I am on jury duty with. About 2 small chocolate chip cookies. Lunch: 1 turkey burger on a regular white bun with a little ketchup. Snack: 100 calorie pudding pack. Dinner: Leftover BBQ . I know that is not healthy at all. After all that I went for my 1 mile walk so hopefully I burned some of that off. I am not going to eat anything else tonight since I am going to bed in 2 hours.
