Dieting should be fun
Holiday_By_Mistake added an entry about lose weight : Hey guys! How are we all doing? Well i am doing really really well. Ive finally got under 125! i was 140 at christmas, and i think im finally over my compulsive overeating disorder. I got my bellybutton peirced yesterday, my weight always got in the way of me getting done, but i figured, ok i have a long way to go with my weight, but i thought i may as well get it peirced now, so that its kinda healed for summer and everything. Soooo today. at the moment i seem to be getting into the habit of having like, one big meal a day. i havent set myself a calorie limit yet really. but i think ive had enough food today. Im so desperate to lose as much weight as i can before i go back to college on monday. Cause i wanna show off ma peircing, lol! But yeah, today i have had: Breakfast- nothing Lunch- 2 small pitta breads with falafell, baby spinach and hummus. Dinner- Nothing 860 calories!!! i didnt realise while i was eating it, but hummus is very calorific. Its like, 380cals per 100g. But yeah, its good for you so whatever. Oh and after that i went on a 6 mile country walk with my mom and my dog. I cant go to the gymn for a while, with my peircing, so i think losing weight will get a bit more difficult from now on. I’ll just stick to less than 1000cals daily and im sure i’ll be fine. Although ive lost almost 7 pounds this week, i am aiming to lose 3 pounds a week from now on. Be nice and slim for summer. Being vegan rocks!! Start weight- 131.6 Current weight- 124.8 Goal weight- 100 pounds by June 27th (glastonbury festival) Pounds lost- 6.8 Days so far- 7 Oh and heres my picture, in all my pear shaped glory. I cant wait till i look sexy at 100/110lbs.
