minxycat added an entry about lose weight : B: 1 cup cooked oatmeal and milk S: 5 crackers and hummus, mean green, trail mix L: 1 slice homemade veggie pizza, 1/2 lentil burger S: carrot, apple, 3 tomatoes, mean green D: penne pasta 21o cal., 1 cup corn, 2 tbs. hummus S: popcorn I notice when I’m trying to lose weight I become very aware of other women’s bodies, kinda of trying to find motivation and a better sense of what I’m going for. I know my goal of 125 is totally reasonable and certainly not too skinny, especially after I checked out that website “how much should I weigh” it was very helpful in reassuring me that, yes I am fat, well not FAT but on the high end of acceptable weight by BMI calculations, and by society’s standards of ideal weight.
