Dieting should be fun
dainty_lil_daisy added an entry about lose weight : so i wasn’t too thrilled (to say the least) with myself this morning after last night’s little escapade, so i promised myself i’d just exercise a lot today to make up for it—so hopefully my weight tomorrow morning will be a lot lower than this number :/ Thurs 5/8- 127.2 B- toast with peanut butter starbucks venti iced green tea unsweetened (0 cals)L/D 3/4 Santanas bean rice and cheese burrito half a half order of chips with guacamole and cheese medium diet coke Water- 2 glasses at work, 2 bottles Exercise- gym- 2 hours bicycle (and got lots of reading done!), 20 min jogging around neighborhood, 10 min abs/stretching, 30 pushups Cigarettes- ONE and it was WORTH IT :)
