Plenty of water. Workout 25 minute cross trainer- 205 calories 4k= 30 minute treadmill- 265 calories Dinner- baked potato with thin spread of vegan margarine- 335 calories Im happy being vegan again. I love it. I wont be able to stay strict when i go back to college, but i will from now on try to be as Vegan as possible. Its THE BEST . I feel so full of energy, mind is full of clarity.
