Day 33

minxycat added an entry about lose weight : B: shredded wheat, milk L: coleslaw, whole wheat tortilla and beans S: orange, cherries, cantelope D: salad, beans, rice, crackers I felt a little guilty and anxious after last night’s controlled splurge. My fear was that I wouldn’t go back on the plan and my eating would be out control. Well, it turns out I had nothing to worry about. First of all my weight this AM was at its lowest yet, 134, even after the controlled splurge. YEA !!!! AND I ’m back on the plan big time as determined as ever. By June 13 I’ll be at 130-no problem. The husband is really starting to notice my weight loss. He’s not big on compliments, so when he does compliment me it means a lot. I’m only half way there, so he’s really going to be loving it by the end of summer. Pulled out an old “teddy” I wore when I was at my lo west weight. WOW ! I was tiny! I can’t even imagine being that small again, but I was totally healthy and never skipped meals. After dinner the husband was lounging on the couch stuffing his face with this almond toffee brittle that a friend’s mom made. I had to grab the bag, sniff it, and stare. I didn’t eat any of it.
