Challange time!!

damson14 added an entry about lose weight : I need order to loose weight. I need rules, time lines and a goal! So im setting my self a 3 week chalange. Quite a simple easy to follow and obtain chalange. Aim: To get back down to 11 stone! Rules: No sweets what so ever in this time frame! No more than 2 coffes per day! Push ups and sit ups every night! Put all the efort i have into activities thet i do at work i do in his this time frame. so simple anough im 11 stone 7 now. ill weigh myself mid way through to check my prosess and then again on the 22nd of february, which will be the final day. For now. oh i feel better already having rules haha! im not right
