Dieting should be fun
andarta added an entry about lose weight : I’m sorry I didn’t write anything during the last 2 weeks but I was just too busy with my exams. Now I’m back again with a new goal and a new challenge. I already losed 10 kg this year but with 5 kg more it’s half of what I’m supposed to lose to get to my ideal weight. I started to go to the gym again (mostle for condition, no strength) and eat healthy. My skin is already clearer than normal and I just feel comfortable in my body. I could go to the beach in a bikini. The others probably wouldn’t like it but I don’t care anymore because I know how it looked before. I also started to use a good baby oil every day to moisterize my skin. It feels a lot better now. I think I’ll join Sparkpeople again, as I have to control what I eat eventhough I think I’m not eating enough for them at the moment because it’s starting to get warm and then normally I don’t need that much. So… the challenge begins ;)
