Jordyn Tate added an entry about lose weight : Fell asleep after the dance last night and forgot to write something. Anyways, the dance was amazing. At first it wasn’t because my boyfriend was all pouty, but we both danced for the last half of it. I was scared to eat out, but I took him to a restaurant and I had a grilled ham and cheese sandwich with fries. Turns out it wasn’t as many calories as I thought. I exercised twice. I did 26 minutes of intervals on the treadmill, took a break, and did it again. I had such a good night. :D

Day 20 & 21

knickee added an entry about lose weight : Yesterday i went to the movies and i was soooooooooooo tempted to eat my friends popcorn but i didnt! But afterwards he bought me a mango smoothie and i couldnt resists. There my favorite. But i guess thats like my treat for the weekend. Today So far all i have ate is a chicken ceasar salad I bought at Sam’s club also i drank some light lemonade. Later on im probably going to eat sushi or salad with beef. This week im going to try really good since i wasnt really focused last week. New goal is to lose 5 more pounds by Thursday! Hopefully i reach it. Hope everyone had a good weekend.

Hitting the 10kg mark

2010breakthrough added an entry about Lose weight : Yes, done it. Earlier this week I was done at 125.7kg. 10kg down since I started on Jan 3rd. Not sure whether I am still at or below it since it did not weight myself the last days. And one thing is for sure: the next ten will be harder!
