Hi guys!

Jordyn Tate added an entry about lose weight : About the time I was leaving middle school and entering high school, I lost 52 pounds just over the summer. I didn’t change anything except eating right, drinking water, eating when I was hungry, exercising, etc. I went from 202 pounds to 150 pounds that summer. I was ecstatic! I kept it off until sophomore year. I started doing the whole dating thing, and I got way too comfortable. I am currently 210 pounds (the biggest I’ve ever been) and in my senior year of high school. I don’t look that much, but I know that it’s there. I’m joining the track team and going to France over the summer, so I need to get in shape. My goal is 125 pounds. That’s 85 pounds to lose. I know I will lose a lot fast, because I’ve been doing track conditioning with the team. The season starts in March. I know I wont reach my goal by then, but I want to be in shape. If I go by the old 2 pounds a week rule, I’ll reach my goal by November 29th, 2010. I know I can lose about 3.5 pounds a week though, so I’m aiming for my weight loss goal before that. My boyfriend of almost 4 months is going to help me along with a friend from the track team. The day my boyfriend can bench me, is the day I will be completely satisfied (we both win; I lose weight and he gets stronger). I’ll post at least once a day, and I’ll link my FitDay overview so everyone can see my calorie intake, my calories burned, and my overall weight loss. I start tomorrow! Sorry for the wall of text. Good luck to everyone else! :)

Campbell's Soup Low Calorie Commercials: What Do You Think?

My favorite lunch -- a bowl of romaine lettuce topped with chopped apple, grapes, cucumber, tomato, avocado, and either chopped walnuts or sliced almonds. Sometimes, I'll get a little crazy and throw in a few dried cranberries! And, I top it all off with a very small splurge of my most beloved poppyseed dressing. (Briana's, if you're wondering.) It's...
