I have been discouraged because of two weeks of 1lb weight loss but 7 total and sticking? That’s good! 23% of Goal! 12 and a bit weeks to lose 23 lbs. 88 Days, 1.83lbs per week. I know I am low on this one so I am going to pound the pavement all week (also in preparation for the Firecracker 5k this Sunday yay- :)!- yeah I got 6 days to get ready.

I have been trying to lose weight for 2 years now and it all has finally clicked. I gave up ALL junk food for Lent and by “JUNK FOOD ” I mean anything I deem junky. I am being pretty strict at the moment but its working and exercise is helping me destress and actually be happier. I am very relieved that I am finally on a path to healthy eating and exercising for life.
