mandajean1 added an entry about lose weight : February 1, 2010 17 years old, 5’6”, 185 lbs. My goal is to get down to 145 by August, which is 6 months away. Right now I’m watching what I eat because I just don’t have time to exercise. And when I do, I’m not motivated at all, but hopefully as I get on with it that will change. I think if I go to the gym 3 times this week and three times next week annnnd drink a ton of water aannnnnnnnd stay under 1250 calories per day then I can totally be under 140 pounds in 13-14 days :0)
