timemaiden added an entry about lose weight : I went to school to rehearse for a bit with a friend. I dropped by the library to borrow some books before I came home. So instead of taking the elevator, I figured I should take the stairs up to the 5th floor. Unfortunately, by the time I hit the 2nd floor, my legs were feeling super sore—it was probably from the jog I made yesterday… they were sore for the whole day! >_< I’m so incredibly out of shape.
beroa added an entry about lose weight : Well, so far, things aren’t looking good. :( It feels like I can’t find anything that works for me, or maybe I’m not trying hard enough? I’ve been going to the gym for over an hour almost every day for a while now, and my weight hasn’t changed at all. I eat pretty healthy most of the time. Could those not as often times when I do eat unhealthy really be causing me to not lose weight at all? Maybe I don’t believe in myself enough, so I’m not bothering to try? I’m not really sure. I really can’t wait until college next year, so I can get out of my house for good. I’m the only person in my entire family who even cares a bit about health, so it’s not as if there is much healthy choices I have when it comes to food. And, if I feel depressed and want to go pig out, it’s pretty easy to find something. Or, maybe I’m just making exscuses? This is getting pretty long. I just feel frustrated. It sucks to try at something over and over only to never get anywhere. :(
Alice2366 added an entry about lose weight : I want to lose my weight and learn how to keep it off, inprove my eating. So I can take up kickboxing and with that money, if I get in bouts, help me pay my college if i ever find myself in need.
TheMightyGiant added an entry about lose weight : so it was that time of the month again where rosews arent so red. So I layed off workin out. I went once this whole week until today. I dnt think my progress will be significant today, so I’m not expecting big results, especially because i did have sweets this week, and i did over eat a lil. But I feel good about the fact that I’m learning to stop myself from going to far, for example only eating 2 cookies instead of 8 or somethin worse. So yeah… not too bad,It wont show on the scale but it totally will add up for later on. Oh and i found out that doi9ng too much weights on your legs make you bigger… a lil dumb of my part, but yeay for thick legs XD
