Here we go again..........

NHidalgo4 added an entry about lose weight : Soooo it’s been a while and now I am the biggest I’ve been since my transition out of the military. I lost all of the weight the last time because I cut out drinking. This time is so different because after 10yrs I finally quit smoking. I am so proud of myself but everytime I put on clothes or look in the mirror I just wanna scream. I havent smoked in a little over 2 months and have gained almost 10 lbs. That may not sound like a lot but I am very short and I need to lose some weight even before I quit smoking. Loonnnggggg ssiiiggghhhhhhhh…... I am a quasi-good eater I guess. I always have fresh veggies and fruits and lean meats, but when it come to pizza or wings I could house a large order. I know my portion sizes are out of control and I garentee that’s where the weight is comimg from.

Abdominal Binding

yanazr22 added an entry about lose weight : After reading about it online before delivering, I had my mind set on using an abdominal binding belt to help me get back in shape after pregnancy. I figured I would have to start it a little later to allow the C-section wound to heal. Today is the 9th day and I finally put it on. It’s awesome! We took a 3 hour walk with my hubby and the stroller. It’s been 9 days since I’ve been outside! So nice to finally get some fresh air and physical activity! So I decided to start wearing the belt daily now, and when it was time for dinner, I realized the hidden benefit of the belt. I don’t know how much it actually promotes uterus contraction, but it definitely helps me feel full after eating less than usual!

Day One (March 1st 2010)

HeadbangerSteve added an entry about lose weight : The first day of my plan to get in shape! First off, I’m a 16 year old boy and I stand at 5’6 or 167 cm and I weigh in at 75 kg, my body fat percentage is 28%. I plan to lose 15 kg. I woke up at 6 and went jogging for around 2.5 miles and worked out with weights in my school gym at lunch time. I tried to eat healthily, although I had some chocolate and a glass of coke because my metabolism allows my body to lose weight reasonably easily due to my age but I’ve decided that as of today I’m going to cut it out in anycase to ensure my weight loss is more effective. Other than that though my eating was healthy and there were no other “problems” a reasonably solid start! Today will be better though!
