2010emm added an entry about lose weight : Im SO sad :( But on the pluss side i always lose wight when he isnt around. And i really want to spend untill the first time i go and visit him at university (about 3 weeks) eating super healthy! So when he first sees me again he thinks WOW , not oh ive not been missing much. So for a start its no more fizzy drinks for me, unless they are diet drinks and i am also going to try and take up running with a friend (as im to embarassed to do it by myself!) Im going to speak to her about it tomorrow hopefully. I think this will be good for me as it will give me a hobbie when he is away. THis is a bit of a babble entry, just needed to get a few things of my mind. But yes anywhoo losing weight is in the front of my mind!
Megan added an entry about lose weight : So, I had created a goal on 43things to lose weight by December 31st and it seemed the only way to reset everything was to start over and now all my entires are gone :( Fortunately, today is Jan 1st, 2010 and it is the best day of any to start fresh. Last night my boyfriend gave me white roses for a fresh start. We have been having a rough time with our relationship and if I start accomplishing major goals in my life than I know I will be happier and can contribute to building a healthy relationship.

niteowl137 added an entry about lose weight : So I lost about 10 pounds this semester using my “diet” plan, which I named “More salads, less cheesecake”. Basically I stopped eating as much of the sweets (even though they’re pretty much the only edible thing in the caf) and started filling up with more salads, veggies, other healthy foods. I could probably still cut more, but I don’t want to over-cut because I know from my last diet attempt that that doesn’t really work. I gained all the weight back and I’d like to actually keep it off this time.

TheGoalMachine added an entry about Lose weight : The first two days on my journey from chubby to chiseled have been reasonably good I think. I’ve been getting very good exercise and although my eating hasn’t been amazing (i.e. I’ve eaten a lot of pasta, bread and ate a couple of mini sausage rolls yesterday) I haven’t given into chocolate, sweets, crisps ect.I went for a 4 mile jog in the morning followed by some bitesize strength session: 25 push ups, 25 bicyle crunches, 20 biceps curls on either arm and 10 tricep dips, I hope to do the same daily and increase the reps as time goes by. I didn’t eat breakfast yesterday morning which is wierd because I normally do I did plan to but I fell asleep and I ate two mini sausage rolls for lunch, I didn’t plan to eat them but they were shoved in my face and I was told to eat them and by the time I realised I’d already eaten them – pretty bad huh? I had pasta for dinner. This morning I had egg and soldiers for breakfast, a banana for lunch and pasta with some bread for dinner. I did the same exercise as yesterday. Overall I’m pleased with the exercise I’ve done but it’s important that I push myself to eat better tommorow. I’m going to cut down on carbs and fat and eat more fibre and protein. So tommorow I plan to eat: banana for breakfast, cereal for lunch and chicken with vegetables for dinner. Anyway, happy losing everyone!
