hellokitten added an entry about lose weight : i really cant count :) pretty ordinary day, no walking or anything though because my ankle has been sore. fooood: breakfast- banana (i got up late, there was no point eating anything more) lunch – chicken dumplings (200cals) dinner- salad (yummmm!) with shrimp Snacks – half a samosa :) oh that was badd but so good, a bit of tofu Tomorrow i’m cutting up a watermelon and cantaloupe so i’ll have fruit for the week. Also will probably make some hummus :)

star_child added an entry about lose weight : i really have to get this done. I am going to start eating fruit salad every morning with crumperts ect for morning tea. Lunch i will make up some salmon and vegie patties. Fruit for afternoon tea and vegies ect for dinner.Exersise is to come

The challange is that I have 4 kids and spend a lot of time travelling up and down the motorway for work whcih makes it hard to get int a routine. My commitment is going to be:- Perform 20 mins excecise every day Stop eating mcdonalds Chocolate and cake only at weekends

Malificent added an entry about lose weight : The good news is that I overate yesterday by a fair amount, because I went out in the afternoon to meet friends so ended up having ice cream, and by the end of the day was about 500 – 600 calories over, without having done any exercise because I had a massive headache in the evening and took a nap. So it was really late but I was way over my goal so at midnight I forced myself on the cross trainer and then got posessed by god knows what and did almost two hours and 850 calories off so I’m feeling really pleased about that, because I was worried I’d lost my motivation and determination to do this, but apparently it’s still there :) The bad news is that when I weighed myself this morning, having done pretty well for the week I am still just over nine stone at 127lbs! I’m annoyed, because two weeks ago I was 124lbs so….gah! I can’t believe a little overeating for a few days last weekend when I visited family has had such a big effect! Oh well, gotta keep going :)

BellaZ added an entry about lose weight : I used to be extremely slim, but ever since I entered adolescence I started gaining weight without growing taller, I’ve never changed my eating habits, it might be normal, but with all these popular skinny girls at high school it perplexes me. I don’t even have a proper weight measure tool at home, but when I weighed myself a month ago at a friend’s, I was embarassed and surprised to see that I’ve gained 5 kg since last year. I’ve started running and skipping four times a week to lose weight.
