AndBoomSheSaid added an entry about Lose weight : I need to be stronger willed. I need to start using my gym subscription. I need to munch less when I’m bored… I realise that the way to succeed here is to get into good habits instead of my bad ones. While watching swimmers line up during the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, former Olympic swimmer and NBC Sports commentator Rowdy Gaines quipped that swimmers keep getting bigger, with the shortest one in the current race towering over the average spectator.
