judyxlavender added an entry about lose weight : So. Today, im starting this for real. And im gonna do that! Well, i havent weighed myself today, so im not sure exactly how much i weigh, but i think it must be around 71kg/156.2lbs. However, i havent chosen any special diet, im not going to count calories because i never found it helpful for me. Im just going to rely on my body.. So, I’ll eat healthy food(no sweets!! which is going to be hard) and try not to binge at all. If my stomach is growling means im (really) hungry, if not i shouldnt eat. If im nervous, mad, or sad.. i’ll take a walk. I have serious problems with emotional eating since my early childhood, so i need to solve this problem. Because it marks my life badly.

I’ll just have to find a different “main dish”, because she has her nutrisystem food for her main dish. So that, I’ll have to come up with on my own.
