football does the trick...

rightitdown added an entry about lose weight : Down to 13st 10lb this morning (lost 3lbs?!) after footie last night. Really good game, hoping (thinking) my metabolism will have been working well today as well. Aiming for 13st 7 (lowest since records began ie teenage years) by Xmas. That would be good. Not really, really pushed the exercise yet (not been running 2/3 times a week), so reckon breaking 13st will be an achievable aim. First things first : 13st 7lbs by Christmas.

Let's take a look......
