I hate healthier, portion-sized meals, reduced my sweets intake and cut soda and fast food out of my diet. The one time I ate out I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and I ate it without the top bread. :0) I am very proud of myself and I would like to continue losing 2+ pounds each week. hicassie added an entry about lose weight : i feel the best ive ever felt!! i’ve exercised everyday, like i said i would and i’ve drank plenty of water, instead of all of the juice i was having and fruit and vegs are definetly on the menu :) im not 100% sure what i have lost yet becos wen i weighed myself for the start of this 3 week challenge thing it was that time of the month. so when i weighed myself this morning it said i had lost about 5 pounds so i think atleast 1 or 2 of those pounds were actual fat cos i can see it literally falling off of me :) and yesterday i bought a dress i wud have never have looked good in before and it made me so happy i just wanted to buy the whole store, i didnt of course lol. but all in all, its going great :D
