anupama90 added an entry about lose weight : well i hav not gone to the gym for the past three days.my semester exams began and it was the weekend b4 dat.but i did go today and did what i had read sooo much online about.i varied my workout.i used to stay on da cruel manual treadmill for a little over half an hour and da stationary bike for around ten min…then i used to work on one body part a day. but today i cycled more at double usual speed.and insitad o walking on the treadmill i jogged_mind you its a manual treadmill so it was like jogging uphill or with gradient.worked up a sweat and felt good about it TIP :you have to trick your body into losing weight.for that you have to surprise your body by doing different workouts,so u burn more calories.so vary your workouts if u do the same thing your body adjusts itself after around forty five days and you hit a plateau.my weight loss plateau lasted around twentyfive days and it was very frustrating. my diet has gone for a toss. well here what i am jubilant and jumping with joy about i almost fit into those pants a got last june!!!it fits better but i cant wear it out yet cz its tight but it fits!il post in as soon as i wear it out!and my tenth grade graduation blouse fits too!(we wear sarees for graduation in india)!!!

Brought into glorious (and most likely brief) existence by Gwendolyn at Patent and the Pantry , it's a vibrant ode to the complicated chemistry that takes place between simple ingredients, rendering them extraordinary. Above all, it's a comforting reminder that sometimes, happiness really can be found at the business end of a pasta machine.
