A little exagerated but

So tonight I am splurging and allowing myself some beers in celebration of my excellent eating habbits and non drinking habits the past 2 months. I am eat healthy and felling better as a result of it. What I’ve always wanted I’m finally achieving. From getting healthier, going back to school, its all so much to take in and that’s what I love about life. Its for ever changing.

charlotte1984 added an entry about lose weight : So weekends my meals tend to be bigger than in the week, BUT I rarely snack – in the week i prob have 4 snacky things a day worth about 300cals in total. So far today: B: 2x Croissants with Jam L: Jacket potato with Spaghetti (had no beans!) & cheese D… I think i’m gonna do us spag bol, only instead of doing the spaghetti for me, im gonna have a big pile of steamed veggies instead. Then I can feel I bit more virtuous about it!

The plan

Carsten Neubert added an entry about Lose weight : From all I know so far, I’ll need a 500-1000 calorie deficit to lose about 1-2 pounds per week (in theory, of course). For now I’ll concentrate on walking daily for at least 30 minutes and reducing what I eat. I’ll try to get a little “strength” exercise in every other day, but I’m not taking that part serious for now. Weight loss first.

mistakes added an entry about lose weight : This is my 7th week on weight watchers, i was down 8.5 but this week i was on vacation. Drank to much. Ate too much. I gained back 2.6. Crap. Its so hard to lose and so easy to gain back. This week i’m going to do my best to avoid the temptations and try to get back where i was plus at least another pound. So i really would like to lose at least 3.6.
